Our CPSR Submission Form collects all the essential details about your product, ingredients, packaging, and intended use.
Step 2
Review the Readiness Checklist
Before you send your documents, use our checklist to make sure nothing is missing. This helps avoid delays.
Checklist Highlights:
- Final product formula with INCI names and exact percentages
- Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS) for each ingredient
- Allergen reports for fragrance/essential oils
- IFRA certificates for fragrance use (if applicable)
- CI numbers for colourants (if used)
- Packaging details and product images/labels
Step 3
Submit Your Documents
Once you have your form and documents ready:
- Email them to contact@nativeformulas.co.uk
- We’ll review and confirm receipt
- We’ll send your invoice or payment link
- We begin processing once payment is received

Processing & Delivery
- Standard turnaround: 3–4 weeks
- CPSR delivered via email in PDF format
- Optional add-ons: Portal Submission, CLP & Label Review, PIF Compilation
